[Seolleongtang that is not a gukbap, loved by locals]
Miseonok
Annyeong🐵
For breakfast, a snack, or even in an interrogation room (is this a drama?)
Very popular seolleongtang.
They take a lot of time and effort to make the delicious soup, and it's okay to pay that much.
This is the No. 1 dish that makes you think, "What a time-consuming and delicious dish ✨ (in my opinion)
It's right in the middle of Myeongdong, turn where the sign is and go down the alley.
Be careful because you tend to turn wrong and miss the place you're supposed to turn. lol
Whenever I go, the customers are half locals and half Japanese tourists.
The food comes out within 1 minute of sitting down.
It's great for a hangover~I want to eat it every day...
One of the reasons I come here so often is that
It's not a gukbap.
This is very important, and there are quite a few restaurants that put meat, noodles, and rice in the seolleongtang soup (is this a trend?), but that means you can only eat rice that's soaked in soy sauce. It's better to be able to eat it in a variety of ways, such as eating kimchi with white rice, or eating it with the soup without soaking it, and the key is that it comes separately in a bowl! 👏
Is this the only thing I like?
Do you have any preferences?
I enjoy changing the flavor by adding salt or kimchi juice, adjusting the taste myself.
The kimchi here isn't spicy! It feels like it's been pickled well.
It's nice to be able to eat two types, Chinese cabbage and radish, each with a different flavor.
They open from 6am, so you can fill your stomach for the morning and go back to the hotel.
After that, it's my routine to go to the dermatologist or get a massage.
The taste is also very good, so I always come here when I stay in Myeongdong 🫶
I prefer this to the recently revived Myeongdong Seolleongtang~
