🇰🇷 Sindang, Seoul, Korea
"Hadongjin/하동진"
You can eat Jeju Island specialties
===========
It is about a 1-minute walk from Sindang Station in the Dongdaemun area, near the cosmetics wholesaler in Dongdaemun. You can eat Jeju Island's specialty "Gogi Guksu", which is like pork bone ramen. You can also enjoy tteji gukbap and milmyeon.
■Gogi Guksu (고기국수) 9,000w
A noodle dish representative of Jeju Island, with pork bone soup and thick-sliced meat on top. It is similar to Japanese pork bone ramen, but it has a light, non-greasy taste and is refreshing.
The noodles are medium-thick, have a smooth texture, and are well mixed with the soup.
The side dishes served were cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, green chili peppers, onions, and miso. Korean onions are sweet and easy to eat raw. They are delicious dipped in the sweet miso.
The atmosphere is welcoming even for solo travelers. The amount of noodles in the gogi guksu is generous. The banchan side dish was also delicious.
