This time, it’s a very luxurious brunch cafe near Changgyeonggung Palace, which embraces Bukaksan and Bukhansan 🤍

This place was originally a brunch restaurant and cafe where cooking classes were held on the first floor, and a place where you can eat on the second floor!
The owner of this place was originally a fashion designer and was going to make it a showroom, but she really liked cooking, so she opened a cooking class. Maybe that’s why there were so many chefs and they were really kind! (The interior design of the restaurant was different for some reason!!!)

We ordered French toast, truffle pasta, chipotle eggs benedict, and mimosa! Mimosa is Debbie’s trademark! It's real champagne with frozen orange juice, and it's really delicious ㅠㅠ At first, it has a refreshing taste of champagne, and then at the end, it tastes like you're sprinkling frozen orange juice with a teaspoon, so it's so refreshing!! It was really delicious 🤍

When I was studying abroad in London, I always loved Eggs Benedict, but there really wasn't a delicious Eggs Benedict in Korea, but this place was really delicious.. This is the first time I've had such delicious Eggs Benedict in Korea... . So I decided to go again with my older sister next week hehe

Truffle pasta is actually rich because of the truffle, but I really liked the moderately thick texture ㅠㅠ When the truffle was popular, there were a lot of rich things, but this place was different!

And that French toast is also a specialty,, Usually, when you go to a place that sells French toast and order it, the butter drips and it becomes soggy, but here, it's the right amount of crispiness and moisture, so it's like a real restaurant... ♥️ You should definitely try this Mimosarang ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I ate until I was full here and the main gate of Changgyeonggung Palace was under construction so I only saw it from the side, but it was so pretty. So I walked around while listening to the free commentary and listening to the history of Changgyeonggung Palace.

Actually, the day before I went to Changgyeonggung Palace, I saw Naked Korean History and I really wanted to go on a field trip! This time, I put on my earphones and listened to the commentary while listening to the hidden meanings and stories of past history here and there.. It was a day when I felt thankful that the simulation was preserved once again as I saw it in front of my eyes🫶🏻

The snow piled up so it was so pretty and I don't think I'll be able to see everything in one day, so I'm going to split it up into two days! So I bought a book and studied it first and then I'm going to visit again while listening to the commentary!
