When the store opened, they had a style where people with a certain number of numbers would all enter at the same time.
This is probably only at the beginning, but be careful as numbers do not equal the order of entry.
It might be better to be near the door at opening time.

◎Travelers without a number → Scan the QR code and join the waiting list with your Google account (I completed the reservation smoothly using this method)

【Can I make a reservation using the app?】
You can join the waiting list using the "Catch Table Global" app, but

・Some stores are not available on weekends (Anguk store is open from 9:00 to 13:00 on Mondays to Thursdays)

You can search in Japanese with the Catch Table app while you are in Japan
・Please note that you can only get a "waiting slot" without specifying a time!

Also, there is information that if you do not enter within 10 minutes of being called, your reservation will be canceled.

After making a reservation, it is safe to wait nearby.
