How about a two-day, one-night trip to Seoul to see the famous sites of the Joseon Dynasty?
Day 1: Changdeokgung Palace (World Heritage Site) or Gyeongbokgung Palace → Bukchon Hanok Village → Jongmyo Shrine (World Heritage Site) → Gwangjang Market → Dongdaemun
Take the subway or taxi
Day 2: Suwon Hwaseong Fortress (World Heritage Site)
Take the train or bus
You can take photos wearing hanbok and some facilities offer free admission.
There are also events such as changing of the guard and dancing, so be sure to check them out.
How about samgyetang and Korean set meals around the palace, chijimi, kimbap, chassalgwaegi, and hotteok around Dongdaemun, and dak galbi and yam nyeom chicken around Dongdaemun?
