🥐Cinnamoroll Dreams Come True: A Sweet Surprise at Hongdae’s Cutest Cafe

We surprised our daughter with a visit to Cinnamoroll Sweets Cafe in AK Plaza Hongdae, and her reaction made it all worth it—she’s a huge Cinnamoroll fan, and the look on her face when we walked in was pure joy.

The entire café is like stepping into a pastel dream. Every corner is decked out in adorable Cinnamoroll-themed decor—from the walls and furniture down to the food presentation. It felt whimsical and magical, like a little slice of Sanrio heaven in the middle of Seoul.

We ordered some cute desserts and drinks, all decorated with Cinnamoroll’s face or ears, and while the food is more about the aesthetic than gourmet quality, everything still tasted decent and made for lots of happy photos. My daughter especially loved the waffles, and of course, the themed drinks were a hit.

There were fun photo zones around the café, and plenty of other families and fans snapping pics. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. The staff were also very friendly and patient, even though the café was fairly busy.

If you have a Sanrio lover in the family—or just want to brighten someone’s day with a sweet surprise—this is definitely a spot to check out. Watching my daughter light up in such a cute, dreamy space was easily one of the highlights of our Seoul trip.
