Seongsu is decorated with an industrial design using red bricks, concrete, and stainless steel. Although the cafe is located on the basement floor, the high ceiling and glass windows let in natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere. The first floor has a roastery and coffee bean storage space, so visitors can see the coffee making process firsthand.

Blue Bottle Seongsu offers a variety of coffee menus, including single origin drip coffee, espresso, and latte. In particular, the New Orleans-style cold brew 'NOLA' and the ice cream-topped 'NOLA Float' are signature drinks loved by many. You can also find Korean-only desserts such as sesame oil madeleines in collaboration with domestic patissier Maison MO.
