Taking a leisurely stroll around Changgyeonggung Palace and observing its various corners allowed me to truly appreciate the charm and depth of this historic site. The spacious courtyard and the elegant pavilions that greeted me upon passing through the main gate immediately showcased the grandeur and dignity of the palace. Each step felt like a journey back to the Joseon Dynasty, as if history itself was alive.๐
The tranquil pond of Chundangji, reflecting the sky above and surrounded by lush trees, created a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making the entire walk soothing to the soul. Visiting the main pavilions such as Myeongjeongjeon, Tongmyeongjeon, and Yanghwadang offered a close-up view of the splendid dancheong (traditional decorative coloring on wooden buildings) and intricate architectural beauty. Reflecting on the historical significance of each pavilion added depth to the experience.๐ณ
Additionally, the diverse plants and natural scenery encountered in places like the Grand Greenhouse and the rear garden highlighted the harmony between nature and humanity within the palace grounds. This visit to Changgyeonggung Palace was a multifaceted experience blending history, architecture, and nature, leaving a lasting impression and a meaningful memory.๐ฎ
