If you're in Hongdae and craving something mouthwateringly delicious, you must visit Hong's Jjukkumi (홍스쭈꾸미), a legendary spicy stir-fried squid restaurant that Korean fans absolutely must not miss!
It's common to see a line outside, but trust us, it's worth the wait! There's a minimum order of one person per order. We recommend ordering the Jjukkumi (squid) mixed with Samgyeopsal (pork belly). The spiciness of the sauce coats the bouncy squid and tender pork. Once stir-fried to perfection, it's wrapped in sesame leaves and topped with sweet corn mayonnaise. It's mouthwatering!
And don't forget to order the shrimp egg fried rice, tossed with the remaining sauce. This is truly heavenly! If you're in Hongdae and haven't visited this restaurant, it's like you haven't been to Hongdae!
