[Taichung Food Review] Qingshui Goose Meat Ji-Qingshui is not just about rice cakes🥢

God knows what I missed most during my year in the United States was a bowl of hot Taiwanese noodle soup. When my aunt found out, she immediately took me to eat the local food recommended by the people of Qingshui.

When I drank the soup and paired it with the noodles, my heart and stomach were satisfied at the same time. The soup was a little oily with the salty and fragrant braised meat, the noodles were cooked to a moderate texture, and the seasoning was just right, which was the taste of Taiwan in my memory!

The blanched leeks are topped with soy sauce and dried bonito flakes, and the salty-sweet taste is delicious. The fresh oysters are large and plump, and they are delicious with wasabi and soy sauce. Finally, I highly recommend the fried kidneys, which are well seasoned and fried crispy, and go well with rice!

Unfortunately, since we were not that hungry, we decided not to order the goose meat for now and save it for next time!
