Bibong Course, Following the Traces of History 🧭
I hiked the Bibong Course, home to King Jinheung's Pureun Monument. Climbing in the cool October breeze, I truly experienced the beauty of autumn hiking. The view from Rhinoceros Rock, just before reaching the summit of Bibong, was particularly breathtaking. It was a rewarding day, making good use of my #OctoberTravelSupport. The course is rated intermediate, with the exception of some rocky sections. Climbing Bibong and looking out over downtown Seoul and the Eunpyeong-gu area, it was a meaningful experience to imagine the ancient history of King Jinheung of Silla expanding his territory to this area. Recommended for those who enjoy both history and nature.
