The Shuijiaoshe Cultural Park was originally the family quarters for the Tainan Naval Air Force stationed at the Tainan Air Force Base during the Japanese occupation. It is now a designated historic site in Tainan City. The park includes a visitor center and administrative center, an airplane plaza, a military dependents' village canteen, a history museum, an exhibition hall, the AIR Tainan Pavilion, a bookstore, and other buildings. The park also hosts various activities from time to time, such as performances by the FOCOSA Circus, which attract many parents and children. In addition to preserving the historical buildings of the military dependents' village, the park has been revitalized with beautified environments and leisure elements to enhance its historical value and significance.
