The property is designed for upscale travellers, combining elegance with convenience — adjacent to the Express Bus Terminal (lines 3, 7 & 9), directly linked to the Shinsegae Central City mall, and close to many of Seoul’s shopping and cultural hotspots. 

Why It’s Worth Visiting
The hotel offers a rich mix of amenities. For dining, there are multiple high-quality restaurants: Flavors for a global buffet experience, Tamayura for authentic Japanese cuisine like teppanyaki and sushi, The Margaux Grill for premium wood-fire grilled steaks and seafood paired with an extensive wine selection. 

Wellness and relaxation are well covered: Marquis Fitness Club (with indoor pool, gym, spa, squash, etc.), an indoor pool, sauna/Jacuzzi-style amenities, and the “Wholeness Package” in the spa.

My Impression
Staying at JW Marriott Seoul felt both indulgent and perfectly fitted to a city trip. The rooms are luxurious, with views over Seoul, and waking up here feels like being centered between comfort and action. Evenings at The Margaux Grill or Tamayura are memorable — high quality food, calm atmosphere, beautifully presented. The wellness facilities provided a refreshing reset after busy city walks, and the ease of stepping from the hotel into Shinsegae Central City mall or catching one of the metro lines made exploring Seoul without stress possible. It’s the sort of hotel that enhances the travel experience by balancing luxury, location, and attention to detail.
