A delightful day enjoying Dakdoritang and risotto at Buan-ae Seocho branch

💛On a day when I was craving Korean food, I visited the Buan-ae Seocho branch, a place I had always wanted to try. I ordered Dakdoritang, which is cooked with tomatoes and lemons, resulting in a broth that was incredibly clean and refreshing! If you expect a spicy and rich flavor, it might be a bit different, but its mild taste made it easy to keep eating without feeling overwhelmed. The portion was generous, the chicken was tender, and the texture was satisfying! The dish also included a variety of vegetables, making it well-balanced. And the hidden highlight of this place is the "risotto." After finishing the Dakdoritang, they add rice and cheese to the leftover broth to make risotto... and it was truly a delicacy. I thought it might be too rich, but the tangy broth made it a perfect finish. The interior was clean, and the self-serve vegetable bar was well-stocked, making it great to pair with the meal. The staff were also friendly, making it an enjoyable dining experience. If you like fusion-style Dakbokkeumtang, I highly recommend visiting this place😊
