💛On a day when I was craving Korean cuisine with meat, I visited the Buaneseo Seocho Branch, which I had been curious about for a while. That day, I ordered the "Cheonggyesan Stone Grilled Ribs" because I was so intrigued, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious! The sizzling stone-grilled ribs on the hot plate were visually appealing right from the start! The portion of meat was generous, and the subtle charcoal aroma enhanced the savory flavor with every bite. The seasoning was mild and light, making it perfect to enjoy with the fresh wrap vegetables. The side dishes served alongside were all clean and well-prepared, creating a satisfying overall combination. I especially loved the self-serve wrap vegetable bar, which allowed me to customize my wraps to my liking. The quality of the meat was excellent, with no unpleasant odors, and it was deliciously fresh. The flavor was not overly greasy but rather refreshing, making it surprisingly easy to enjoy without feeling heavy. The interior had a modern Korean restaurant vibe—clean and quiet, making it comfortable for dining. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more pleasant.
