[Gwangjang Market, Seoul] Enjoy Korean cuisine that you can't get in Japan!

~ Jinjang Market @ Gwangjang Market ~

When you go to Korea, many people say, "I want to eat Yukhoe and raw liver!"

You can't eat it in Japan, but I enjoyed it to my heart's content at Gwangjang Market.

What I ordered...

・Liver & Omae (16,000w)

・Sannakji (30,000w)

・Bindaetteok (6,000w)

The liver was big and fresh.

It was plump and had no odor.

The omae was also in great quantity, and it had been a long time since I'd seen this pair!

And sannakji!

It was fun to eat even though I kept saying it would stick together.

It was chewy and sweet.

It goes well with alcohol♪

Bindaetteok is similar to chijimi, and is made by grinding mung beans in a stone mill and adding vegetables and other ingredients to it and baking it.
It is also called "mung bean chijimi."

It's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside,
with the flavor of mung beans, and goes great with makgeolli!

Gwangjang Market is fun.
If you go to Korea, I highly recommend you go there.
