The restaurant I chose is Misaki Restaurant

Limited to 20 meals from mid-June to late August
I ate Akabafun sea urchin rice bowls♪

I stayed at a hotel near Kutchan Station,
left the hotel at about 4am
and arrived at the restaurant a little after 6am...
There is a paper in front of the restaurant where you can write your name.

Only 9 people can write their names!
Those who arrive after that will line up in front of the restaurant.
I arrived about 3 hours before opening time
and was second in line.
I'm glad I got up early...

The long-awaited Shakotan Bafun Uni had a sweetness that melted in my mouth♡
The rice was not vinegared rice, but warm rice, so by the time I finished eating, the sea urchin had melted a little, but it wasn't fishy, ​​had the scent of the seashore and a little saltiness, and was very delicious♡

I had to wait for three hours, so I took a walk around the fishing port in front of the shop. Thank you to the fishermen for the delicious sea urchin so early in the morning♡
