Taking advantage of the off-season, I took my kids to Shanghai for a week.
When I was in Shanghai, I liked living near Jing'an Temple.
It is very convenient to eat, go shopping and meet friends.
This time I saw this newly opened apartment.
I like the style.
Plus our family of three will stay for a week,
The one-bedroom terrace room here is quite comfortable to live in.

1⃣️Excellent location, opposite the People's Square,
It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Raffles and Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. Go to several popular places (Xintiandi, Huaihai Road, Hengshan Road, etc.)
It takes about 15 minutes by taxi.
2⃣️Price: Terrace room with one bedroom and one living room 1500RMB per night, excluding breakfast (there are so many takeaways nearby, you can have any breakfast you want)
3⃣️Internal facilities, the room is quite large

The refrigerator is also home size
The three-part bathroom is very convenient.

shortcoming:
1. I sincerely suggest that the sofas in boutique hotels can be set up as sofa beds, which will make it more comfortable for a family of three to live in (parents will understand)
2. Hotel sanitation and cleaning training needs to be strengthened.
There are almost always places that are not cleaned properly every day.
3. There is an induction cooker but no basic cookware.
It is impossible for people who travel to bring their own pot.
4. It may be a renovation of an old house.
The hotel's sewerage is not very smooth and the elevator is relatively slow.
Overall, I am very satisfied and will continue to live here next time.
