Recently, I've been staying at hotels quite frequently and have unexpectedly discovered many old-brand hotels that I had missed before. For example, the Pullman Shanghai Skyway Hotel under Accor, is such a treasure hotel with excellent aspects in every way.

Although the hotel has been open for over 17 years, it was just renovated 2-3 years ago, so the hardware facilities show almost no signs of aging, and the stay experience is great. Moreover, it's rare for a hotel in the city center to have a 5k+ square meter French-style garden with a golf course-like evergreen lawn, making every photo look stunning!

I have to say, its location is incredibly convenient. It takes only 4-5 minutes to walk to Dapuqiao Metro Station, and it's surrounded by various delicious food and drink shops. You can enjoy sour soup ice powder, drunken shrimp noodles, and mung bean soup all in one go.

The red sour soup from Guizhou has an incredibly authentic taste, a must-have on the summer appetizing food list with its sour and spicy flavor. Besides the sour soup, I also tried the authentic Guizhou five-flower bacon called 'soft whistle' for the first time, which is purely fragrant and not greasy at all, absolutely amazing!
2️⃣ Jingmei Wuxi Noodle House · Sauce Pork Rib Noodles (Jumen Road Store)
How can you miss a noodle house with a Bib Gourmand recommendation? Here, you can not only slurp noodles but also enjoy authentic Su-style mung bean soup. Winter melon candy, red and green silk, glutinous rice, and mung beans perfectly blend in this cup of mint water, perhaps this is the taste of summer~

You can find the rich and flavorful Shanghai cuisine here. In the scorching weather with orange alerts every day, having a cool plate of drunken shrimp is simply blissful!
