Japanese-style hotel

The hotel perfectly embodies Japanese aesthetics, not by mere imitation, but through meticulous attention to small details that reflect the owner's dedication. The rooms are clean and tidy, making it one of the few hotels in Chongming with great value for money and excellent service. The hotel is located next to Dongping National Forest in Chongming, with many farmhouses nearby, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. The hotel itself is a scenic spot, with a Japanese garden style where every step offers a new view, and a few leisurely cats running around.
The butler will call in advance to confirm check-in details and will provide a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and facilities upon check-in. They provide disposable toothbrushes and thoughtfully help carry luggage to the room. When the road is uneven, they lift the luggage instead of dragging it to avoid damaging the wheels. The annex is newer than the main building, with a scripture copying room and a gym, which has a small amount of children's Lego. Extra care is needed when children are playing, as the gym equipment can be dangerous for them.
I stayed on the third floor of the annex. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if stairs are inconvenient, you can contact the hotel in advance to request a lower floor room. The grill in the main garden roasts blood corn and sweet potatoes daily, and the butler will notify you via WeChat once they are ready.
Although it is a guesthouse, the soundproofing is excellent. The curtains completely block out light, providing a quiet and dark environment for a very comfortable sleep.
