🌏 Quick Stopover in Shanghai: One day of Adventure!

Hey everyone! I recently has a whirlwind day in Shanghai before my flight back to Dubai and wanted to share my experience along with some tips for everyone making a quick stop in the city! #shanghaitrip I arrive very early in the morning so I kicked off my day with a visit to Yu Gardens and Old City, which is a classical Chinese garden filled with beautiful landscapes, rock formations, and traditional pavilions #historicallandmarks After exploring the garden, wander through the nearby Old City, where you can shop for local handicrafts and enjoy nice traditional food #yummyfoodies In my case, as I was early in the morning I just took one coffee and continue exploring and went to Jing’an Temple which is probably one of my favourites temples in Asia right now. The temple is located in the heart of Shanghai and it’s an excellent example of traditional Chinese architecture and spiritual heritage. I highly recommend to visit it in the morning for a peaceful experience and to see the temple alive with devotees #culture Also, don’t forget to visit the surrounding area, which is filled with shops and cafes! Right after, I went to a very local Ramen Restaurant which is called Ramen Mitsuyoshi, I am not lying if I’m saying it was the best ramen of my life!!! #deliciousfood #ramenlove Just be careful since the restaurant close at 3pm for lunch!! After a unforgettable lunch and a bit of rest, my last stop was visiting the iconic The Bund, the famous waterfront area which offers stunning views of both the historic colonial buildings and the modern skyline of Pudong!! Tip: go early in the afternoon to avoid crowds and catch the sunset - it’s magical!! #skylineviews

That was everything I visited during mu quick stop in the city! I can’t wait to go back for a longer visit.

Final Tips for a Quick Stop:
- Use public transport: the metro is super convenient
- Stay Hydrated: i visit the city in September and was very humid, so carry a bottle of water always
- Respect local customs
