The Garden Villa Hotel Hidden in the Greenery—Xingguo Hotel

The Radisson Blu Plaza Xing Guo Hotel Shanghai, originally built in 1934, was the villa of the British Swire Company. It was once named "Lester Institute of Technical Education" and later renamed Xingguo Hotel, which is affiliated with Jin Jiang Group. Many political figures and celebrities have stayed here, such as Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and former US President Nixon.

The public areas of Xingguo Hotel are open to the public, and you can enter freely. Many online influencers live stream here in the afternoon.

The entire hotel is like a large garden. Except for the main building, which is a modern structure, century-old villas are scattered under centuries-old camphor trees, along with large lawns, giving you the feeling of being abroad.

After entering the hotel, walk along the internal road, and you can see all the old villas without missing a single one.

Lawn weddings are held here almost every weekend and holiday.
