Liyi Hotel｜Right opposite Shanghai Railway Station, great location, and the breakfast is a big plus!

This was my first time in Shanghai. Considering the convenience of subsequent transportation transfers, I chose Liyi Hotel near Shanghai Railway Station.

Liyi Hotel is about a 5-minute walk straight ahead through the plaza (arcade) opposite Shanghai Railway Station! Don’t walk all around the mall’s outer perimeter, or it will add several extra minutes to your trip!

The location is excellent, with a supermarket, souvenir shops, restaurants, McDonald's, and banks right next door—very convenient! Getting a ride is also quick.

The staff don’t greet much but answer all questions and provide attentive service, which is already sufficient for a travel experience.

The room is spacious enough to open both a 26-inch and a 29-inch suitcase at the same time. There is no air conditioning or refrigerator in the room, so keep that in mind if it matters to you.

Most importantly, their breakfast is amazing!!! Lots of choices and great taste! Due to my itinerary, I only got to eat breakfast on the last day, which was such a pity! Everyone must try it!!

After actually spending time in Shanghai, I found that the city’s mature public transportation network makes it convenient to stay anywhere. You can choose any area you like.
