Music Avenue
Ge Tian Music Avenue is China's first "singing highway." Built using cutting-edge international technology, this musical avenue is currently one of only three countries in the world to boast such a route: Japan, South Korea, and China. It incorporates physics, acoustics, and music. When vehicles pass along the avenue at a constant speed of 50 to 55 miles per hour, the sound of air impact created by tires hitting the road's cracks, as well as the micro-vibrations caused by tires passing through the grooves, combine to create a rhythmic sound of varying pitches and rhythms. Entering the avenue from the right, the solemn "March of the Volunteers" begins, while exiting from the left, the sounds of "Jasmine Flower," one of China's earliest and most globally celebrated folk songs, begin.
It is recommended to play for about 3 hours.
