Bibliotheca of Malta

The National library of Malta is situated right in the centre of Valletta in Republic Square and really is one of the major treasures of Malta. It’s a reference and research library and has collections of books for mediaeval times up into the modern age. The National library of Malta is housed in a beautiful building and as long as you have ID with you, you can enter certain parts of the library.
