Shanghai Tower hides a healing sanctuary

Recently chased by work, I accidentally stumbled into Alila Shanghai, as if I had wandered into the city's "relaxation sanctuary"...

▫️ The guest rooms steal a sense of relaxation
Light wood tones cover the room, rattan screens emit warm light, and a sleep spray mist fills the air with drowsiness. Once you lie on the long sofa, you sink right in, inexplicably feeling, "Tonight, I can really sleep well"✨

▫️ The gong sound knocks away tension
I booked a nighttime gong experience, closing my eyes to listen to the gong vibrations as the stiffness in my shoulders slowly melts away. It turns out sound really can massage the nerves. After it ends, my steps feel lighter. I chose the pre-sleep session and personally tested the full relaxation buff.

▫️ The tea bar hides international romance
At night, drawn by the music to the tea lounge, jazz mixed with tea aroma is intoxicating! Mikki D’s voice pairs perfectly with the special Longjing cucumber tonic. Suddenly, I understood the meaning of "urban vacation"~ The nighttime ritual here feels so special, with Kirin cans and cocktails/wine/sparkling wine🍷 available for a tipsy moment every evening from 6 to 7 pm!
The organic garden on the 5th floor is lush green, every casual photo looks like stepping into an aerial oasis🌿

▫️ Satisfaction fed by Japanese set lunch at noon
The lunch set at Yingting on the L floor is a delightful surprise! The fresh sweetness of the tuna bowl tastes like the ocean, tempura is coated lightly, and biting into it reveals the tenderness of eel. The chef is a seasoned robatayaki master, and the fresh ingredients show true sincerity.

On busy days packed with Shanghai itineraries, this place feels like a breathing hollow. Next time you want to escape the hustle, why not come straight to Alila and live in relaxation~
