On this business trip to Shanghai, I stayed at the Alila Hotel, and the experience was absolutely amazing! I have to share it with everyone.

The hotel is right in the heart of Shanghai, surrounded by popular attractions. You can walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It’s super convenient to stroll around at night and return to the hotel anytime, feeling the vibrant energy of Shanghai.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warm hospitality. The front desk check-in was quick, and they even kindly gave me a small gift. They proactively asked about my needs during check-in and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Any issues were resolved promptly.

The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, making for a refreshing sleep. The windows offer a wide view—great for watching the street scene during the day and the night view after dark. Details like the smart toilet and complimentary bottled water made the stay very comfortable.

The gym is clean and fully equipped, meeting all daily workout needs. The heated pool has clear water and a comfortable temperature. Relaxing on the lounge chairs after swimming is pure bliss.

The breakfast offers both Western and Chinese styles with a wide variety. The freshly made xiaolongbao and dumplings are delicious. The Chinese restaurant serves authentic Shanghai cuisine, the Western restaurant’s steak pasta is tasty, and the special afternoon tea is worth trying.

Staying here feels like finding a peaceful haven in a bustling city. Whether for business or travel, it’s an excellent choice. Next time I come to Shanghai, I’ll definitely stay here again!
