Review of the famous crab roe noodles in Shanghai

🇨🇳 When you arrive in Shanghai, you must not miss the crab roe noodles at 🦀 Supreme Crab 1930 🍜, a popular and famous restaurant among Thai people.

✨ The highlight of this place is the rich crab roe sauce. The sauce is smooth and quite rich. It pairs perfectly with noodles and steamed rice. Whether eaten with noodles or rice, it’s delicious. For me, it’s not greasy at all. I ordered it with steamed rice and recommend eating it while it’s hot for the best taste.

🥩 Other dishes at the restaurant are also delicious. I ordered fried pork as a side, and it was really tasty. Definitely worth ordering.
