🧧 Day 3 in Shanghai: A day full of vibes, food, and photos!
Today we started the day with good vibes~ like a spiritual day but still chic! Straight to Jing’an Temple, a Chinese temple in the city that photo lovers will adore. Not only can you pray for good luck, but there are also tons of photo spots. The morning light hitting the golden temple is amazing. Entrance fee is 50 yuan, and the photos look like you’ve flown to an ancient Chinese paradise ✨
Walking about 900 meters more (a chill walk if the sun isn’t too strong), we found the restaurant "Jingmei," a highlight of the day. Every dish was delicious, from xiaolongbao to dumplings and noodles tossed in sauce. The best!
After eating, we didn’t stop being chic. We headed to West Nanjing Road, a hub of chill vibes and urban-style beautiful photo spots. We also stopped by a favorite bakery to grab some treats and forget about dieting! 🍰🍞
📸 Then it was time for the day’s highlight! We went to shoot photos at the Oriental Pearl Tower, a must-visit photo spot in Shanghai. There are so many angles to choose from, giving a futuristic city vibe with tall buildings sparkling in Cyberpunk Light Mode.
Before evening, we grabbed dinner at the mall opposite the Pearl Tower (super convenient, no need to get dizzy from hunger). Then as night fell... it was time to transform into a model by the Huangpu River (oops! The Chao Phraya River vibes! 😂)
✨ We took photos at The Bund, Shanghai’s most romantic nighttime light district, and decided to hire a local photographer (because our selfies were failing!). The result was worth every yuan—the photos looked stunning, like they came straight out of a magazine.
📌 Summary of today: spiritually fulfilled, full stomach, full of great photos. Shanghai in a day, but packed with 100% memorable moments. If you come, I recommend doing Day 3 like this, and you’ll see that "traveling in China can be so cool!"
