After visiting Wukang Mansion and heading to the Shanghai Library, I passed by this place and was drawn in by its charming exterior. I decided to stop by for afternoon tea. It was quite crowded, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a table.
The entire restaurant is stunning. The upper floor is adorned with dried flowers and plants, while the lower floor offers plenty of Instagram-worthy spots.
Not only is the decor beautiful, but the food is also surprisingly delicious and visually appealing. No wonder some netizens call their afternoon tea set the most beautiful in Shanghai.
Afternoon tea hours are particularly busy here, especially on weekends. If you want to avoid the wait, it's best to visit on a weekday.
Address: No. 1720-1 Middle Huaihai Road, Xuhui District (about a 5-minute walk along Middle Huaihai Road to the right of Wukang Mansion)
