Paradise at Constance Ephelia

Our five-day experience at Constance Ephelia felt truly magical, as if we had found our paradise home. The resort spans two beaches — the lively and active north beach and the serene and peaceful south beach — both stunningly beautiful. Lush greenery and mangroves envelop the property, offering trails for hiking (a one-hour walk with gorgeous views). Right from day one, the staff captivated us with their kindness, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. Among the various hotels we stayed at during our Seychelles journey, Constance Ephelia offered the best culinary experience, with everything freshly prepared on site and a superb wine list. The restaurants that impressed us included: • Corossol – the main buffet with live cooking stations providing a remarkable variety for breakfast and dinner. • Helios – Mediterranean cuisine done perfectly (often abroad this cuisine isn't as good, but here it was exceptional). Tapas, mezze, antipasti – all fresh and flavorful. • Adam & Eve – our absolute favorite. Beautiful Southeast Asian cuisine with bold, aromatic dishes made with fresh ingredients. • Cyann – an elegant fine-dining venue, ideal for a romantic evening. French and Asian influences paired with exquisite wines. The chef excelled here, and it was evident. • Seselwa – vibrant and casual, brimming with Creole charm. Fresh seafood, grilled dishes, and local flavors that delighted us. We relished the bars (Zee Bar, Kabana), each offering a unique atmosphere for cocktails! Kabana is a must-visit for sunset! Besides that, the spa was remarkable — my massage with Mark was truly among the best I've ever had. We wholeheartedly look forward to returning.
