Yuyuan Old Street in Shanghai

The building is a Jiangnan-style building with a bird-wing roof, and houses souvenir shops, local snacks, food, clothing, and other household items. Yu Garden is nearby.

The atmosphere is lively from afternoon to evening, with beautiful red and gold lights. However, if you arrive very late, the lights will start to turn off around 10:00 PM, as many shops are already closed. We recommend visiting early in the evening for the most beautiful and vibrant lighting.
