Shanghai Edition Hotel Staycation: yone, a high-end Japanese restaurant with a view on the 27th floor

During my trip to Shanghai, I visited Yone Restaurant on the 27th floor of the Edition Hotel. The view of the Oriental Pearl Tower was breathtaking, and I was immediately impressed the moment I sat down. We ordered seven dishes, and the seafood was particularly fresh and light, which was satisfying overall. The medium-fat tuna was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the abalone had a wonderfully chewy texture.

The most surprising thing was that while I was waiting for my food, the staff performed a magic trick right before my eyes. It was more than just a meal; it was a special experience, like watching a small performance. The service was also attentive, and I had a wonderful time. If you're looking for a unique experience in Shanghai, with its atmosphere, delicious food, and unique atmosphere, I highly recommend this place.
