Special thanks to every staff in the hotel , the bell area staff very smart and quick , always help you to get on the reserve driver , the front desk are top notch and efficient and very friendly . They can speak to u in English and Cantonese any minutes

Importantly , my butler Mia always attend to your needs . Really thankful to her . My friend left a wind breaker when check out . Mia help located the breaker and send to my next hotel that very afternoon
