Hidden among the trees and ponds of Fuxing Park, I discovered a fascinating moon phases art installation that adds a poetic touch to the historic park. Arriving via Metro Line 1 to South Shaanxi Road Station, I wandered along the quiet pathways and noticed circular sculptures and murals depicting the waxing and waning moon, subtly blending with the greenery 🌿🌕.
The installation feels alive as locals practice tai chi or stroll nearby, creating a serene contrast between human movement and celestial cycles. It’s a quiet reminder of nature, time, and harmony within the urban landscape.
📍 Location: Fuxing Park, French Concession, Shanghai
🚇 How to Get There: Metro Line 1 → South Shaanxi Road Station
💡 Tip: Visit during late afternoon or early evening — the soft light casts beautiful shadows and enhances the lunar artwork for photos 📸
Fuxing Park’s moon phases art makes walking the park feel like a gentle meditation under the city sky.
