Arrived in Shanghai, we stopped to make merit at the Jade Buddha Temple. This is another famous temple in Shanghai that you shouldn't miss if you have time.

📍Location: An'yuan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai
🚌 Getting there: Take Metro Line 13 to Jiangning Road Station, Exit 3 or 4. Follow the map for about 5 minutes.
🕝 Opening Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
💰 Admission: 20 yuan, or 30 yuan (for viewing the Jade Buddha on the second floor)

✅ This is an ancient temple in Shanghai, home to jade Buddhas from various countries. The building features beautiful ancient Chinese architecture. There's also a jade Buddha statue brought from Burma for worship. **Please dress modestly and avoid shorts. This temple is more about worship than just taking photos. You can make merit, offer candles, and offer amulets. It takes about an hour to explore. If you enjoy making merit and prefer a quiet place, you can visit here. I personally visited in the afternoon. There weren't many people, and the atmosphere was quite peaceful.
