Tibetan Experience, Shangrila 香格里拉

In the city of Shanghai-La, Yunnan province there’s a grand Tibetan monastery, Ganden Sumtseling Monastery. Also known as Songzanlin Monastery, this sacred site is a prominent Tibetan Buddhist monastery that showcases stunning traditional architecture and vibrant cultural heritage. Tips: Best time to visit is April to October, however if it’s your first time traveling to Yunnan, I’d suggest you visit Lijiang, Jade Dragon Snow mountain, blue moon valley and the ancient city ( PS: check descriptions on my previous post on Lijiang) , then ask locals, preferably the host of your Homestay or Hotel, on how to get to Shangri- La , there are shared rental cars 🚘for 150元 a person, and buses for 🚌 40 元 per person.
