Travel Solo Without a Partner in Lijiang and Shangri-La

Day 1: Upon arriving in Kunming, you can take a high-speed train to Lijiang. Spend the day exploring Lijiang Old Town and look for tours to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain for the next day.

Day 2: Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Baishuihe Waterfall.

Day 3: Travel to Shangri-La by high-speed train or bus. Upon arrival, explore the old town and visit the giant prayer wheel at Dafo Temple.

Day 4: Visit Songzanlin Monastery, a Tibetan-style monastery also known as Little Potala Palace. If time permits, visit the Napahai Meadow.

Day 5: Visit the 4A-level Balagezong Scenic Area.

Day 6: Take a high-speed train back to Kunming to prepare for your return to Thailand.
