This spring, come and see the apricot blossoms and sunrise at the Jinshanling Great Wall. This less-traveled flower viewing route in Hebei allows you to appreciate the grandeur of the Great Wall and the delicate beauty of wild apricot blossoms.

At 5 a.m., filled with anticipation, I set foot on this ancient Great Wall. The winding wall resembled a sleeping dragon, faintly visible in the dim morning light. The wild apricot blossoms blooming on both sides of the wall were like a pink veil draped over the dragon, breathtakingly beautiful.

💕Climbing along the Great Wall, every step was a blend of history and nature. When I stood atop the wall at sunrise, time seemed to stand still. Sunlight bathed the apricot blossoms, dewdrops on the petals shimmered, and the Great Wall was painted golden. This magnificent scene is etched in my memory.

👉Route 1: Hike to Houkou Valley and descend via the trail. Along this route, you can fully appreciate the beauty of the apricot blossoms against the Great Wall. The trail is relatively safe and suitable for those who want to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace.
👉Route 2: Hike to the Small Jinshan Tower and return by cable car. The Small Jinshan Tower offers panoramic views of the vast expanse of apricot blossoms and the majestic Great Wall. The cable car ride provides a unique aerial perspective.
👉Route 3: Hike to the East Five-Eye Tower and exit through the east gate of the scenic area. This route is longer, but you can see more watchtowers of different styles, accompanied by apricot blossoms all the way.
