Honghai Bay (formerly known as Shanwei Bay) is a semi-enclosed bay located on the coast of Shanwei City. It has many cultural relics and unique subtropical coastal scenery. It is a popular place for seaside leisure tours. Red soil, blue sea water, pure and transparent sea water rolls up, and snow-white waves follow the tide and rush in. It is known as "China's No. 1 Bay for Watching Waves".
