This time I came to Shaoxing🏯 and stayed at the New Century Grand Hotel Shaoxing🏨.

What a treat to have breakfast at the Virgin Cafe on the first floor of this hotel! The most attractive dish in the morning is the freshly prepared Shaoxing preserved vegetable meat pie🥟. This is extraordinary. The meat patties and dried vegetables are cleverly combined and baked in a special oven. It is fragrant and has a crispy texture, leaving you with an endless aftertaste. I couldn’t resist enjoying this delicious meatloaf every morning during my two-day stay! In addition to this signature dish, the breakfast here also has a variety of Chinese⛩️ and Western🥐 cuisine, as well as fresh salads🥗 and fruits🍉, and delicious instant noodles🍲. I was amazed by the rich and varied breakfast! It gives me endless energy for the whole day!
