The Shaoxing Wine Museum, also known as the China Yellow Wine Museum, in Shaoxing City. 🥃

Here, you can learn about the 2,000-year history and production process of Shaoxing wine. 📝
You can also see traditional sake vessels and sake-making tools up close, truly immersing yourself in the world of Chinese sake culture! Actual bottles of Shaoxing wine are aging in the underground cellar. 💤

The exhibit clearly recreates the fermentation and aging process, and the tasting corner allows you to experience the various flavors of Shaoxing wine. 😋
There are four varieties available for tasting, but you can only sample two per person, so we recommend going with at least two people. 💡
