Why go to the northeast? You can fly to Shennongjia to see the snow for only CNY 300!

Do you want to see the snow but are worried about the cost? I wanted to go to Harbin, but the flight prices were too high. I found out that the snow in Shennongjia is beautiful, and flights are only CNY 300, so I booked a flight right away!

The average daytime temperature in Shennongjia is above 3°C. The snow is good quality, and there is little wind or fog, so even people from the south can enjoy the snow.

I recommend Shennongjia International Ski Resort, which has 13 ski runs. The beginner runs are good for beginners, and there are many exciting snow activities. If you can't ski, you can hire a coach and choose double boards. You can learn in an hour. Remember to rent your equipment early to get the best-looking ones. When buying tickets, choose a combo ticket. If you buy a single ticket, book online in advance.

Don't miss the Wetland Park (Jiudahu), which has beautiful scenery and cute deer.

For transportation, I traveled from Guangzhou, and I don't recommend taking the high-speed train. You can fly directly to Xiangyang for CNY 350. If you book a week in advance, you can get a good deal. For accommodation, choose Muyu Town, which is convenient for traveling.

The weather is warm, but you should still bring a thick windproof coat, hat, scarf, and gloves. The snow in Shennongjia is beautiful and affordable.
