Hotels are different from hotels

1. I rarely go out, so I probably won't be able to maintain my membership level. Before it expires, let me share some of my experiences! Today, I'll share my experience at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping.

1. It's on Taiyuan Street, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The location is great. I personally feel that it's better than other Marriott hotels in Shenyang. The hotel was invested and built by Sekisui House, Ltd. from Japan. There are a lot of wooden elements in the rooms, which are warm and stylish. So even though the hotel opened at the end of 2017, it still feels modern. The lobby is on the first floor, and the decor is both regionally characteristic and simple and elegant.

3. Breakfast and Executive Lounge
1. The lounge is okay. The hot dishes are nothing special, but the light meals are enough. The desserts are good. I also asked the lounge staff to make me a Long Island Iced Tea. To be honest, the breakfast at Le Méridien is really average and not very rich.

4. Swimming and fitness
1. The gym is not big, but large mirrors are used to increase the sense of space. The swimming pool is... well... a legendary bath pool, but the water temperature is okay. If you go further into the changing room, there is a jacuzzi... but I think they should clean it or deal with the pipe problem.

2. In terms of price, it's basically the second most expensive Marriott hotel in Shenyang, but the price has dropped a lot at the end of the year, so the value for money has increased.

5. In summary, this hotel is quite good. It would be even better if they made some improvements.
