If it is good beef, you can still taste the freshness and sweetness of the meat even if you only use clear water as the soup base and a little soy sauce. We have eaten authentic ones in Chaoshan and have a deep impression of them 😌

We arrived around 6:30 pm. As soon as we entered the store, we saw a kitchen where fresh beef was being cut, and then we saw that the restaurant was almost full.
