If you want to eat specialty beef hot pot and want good value for money, today I met my friends to enjoy dinner at "Jiu Yan Beef Hot Pot" located in Changlong, Shenzhen!

The restaurant focuses on stylish and trendy decoration. You can clearly see the master's freshly cut beef in the middle, and the seats are spacious and comfortable! The staff is very attentive to introduce different hot pot ingredients, and is attentive and polite.

Our group of 3 ordered the following dishes:

1️⃣ Soup - Big Beef Bone Clearing Soup Pot:
This soup is definitely the finishing touch of hot pot. Remember to drink the bowl before having hot pot. It is boiled with big beef bones. The soup is rich in color, refreshing and not greasy. The bone marrow in the soup is rich in flavour, adding rich flavor to the whole hot pot.

2️⃣ to have a big reunion:
This dish is definitely a meat lover’s paradise. It contains six different meats, including tender meat, squid, fatty beef, spoon kernels, breast oil and beef tongue. Each meat is carefully handled and seasoned. Whether you prefer a tender mouthfeel or a rich beef flavor, this dish will satisfy your taste buds.

3️⃣ Cooked beef tendon:
This dish uses beef gluten and beef brisket as the main ingredients. After being cooked, it is soft and tender, bouncy and chewy. The beef gluten has a rich taste, while the beef brisket is tender and juicy.
