I took advantage of the holiday to go to the north to eat wild food. This time I tried the local brand Shunyi in Shenzhen. It is located on the 5th floor of Wanxiang Food House in Sungang, Shenzhen.
Specializing in free-range chicken, freshwater fish, and double-skin milk, new-style handmade Shunde dishes! Shunde cuisine focuses on the freshness of the ingredients themselves, and the seasoning is relatively healthy, which is very suitable for the taste of Hong Kong people.

A small bowl is full of fish meat, very filling, with cloud ears and lemon leaves, so refreshing and comfortable
🔸Shun Xin Shun Yi Lao Chicken Half
When the dish is served, lemon leaves, green onions, pickled ginger, fried burdock, coriander, cucumber, peanuts and sesame oil are added to the side. The waitress will help with the "fishing up" ceremony.
The chicken skin tastes amazing, super chewy, and the chicken is very firm. It is indeed made from 180-day-old local chicken.
