Shangri-La Shenzhen | A hotel you won't regret staying at

During our stay, the front desk staff were patient and enthusiastic when checking us in, and their service attitude was very good. Our room was facing east, with a great view overlooking the beautiful Shenzhen Railway Station Square.

As for the hotel environment, although I didn't see more details, from the layout of the lobby and the room, this hotel pays attention to details. The whole hotel gives people a warm and comfortable feeling, allowing people to relax after a busy day at work.

The breakfast is very average for a luxury hotel, with some bread and pastries, fruit, and other simple dishes. Occasionally, the staff will bring cheung fun to your table. The dishes are average, but the 360° Bar on the 33rd floor has a great view and is highly recommended. You can enjoy a 360° view of the surrounding scenery and a distant view of Hong Kong. The hotel staff are very friendly.
