A Super Relaxing Spring Outing and Flower Viewing Route in Luohu, Shenzhen

Sunny weather? Time to go out!!!
Spring is the season of renewal, full of life. Going on a spring outing to admire the flowers with friends or family is pure joy 😄
🎬Recommended route～
People's Park (admire rose gardens, lake, and mountain views)——🚖10 minutes to Donghu Park (flower viewing on foot)——🚴10 minutes to Fun Space Illustrator's Coffee Shop (enjoy a relaxing time)
🦋People's Park: People's Park is like stepping into Monet's Garden. Thanks to the flower exhibition, many beautiful flowers are planted on both sides of the lake. The lake also has regular mist sprays, creating a magical atmosphere.
🌸Donghu Park: I went there mainly to photograph the popular bougainvillea. Unexpectedly, from the west gate all the way, the park was filled with the fragrance of flowers and birdsong (bauhinia, yellow tabebuia, and bougainvillea were all in full bloom). Walking on such a green path is truly a soul-nourishing experience.
☕️Illustrator's Coffee Shop: A Thai-style coffee shop located in a residential building. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by lush greenery, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a memorable afternoon. The owner is very welcoming and even helped me take photos. Loved it❤️
✅Must-have items (for reference)
1️⃣Umbrella, sunglasses, power bank, data cable, selfie stick (suitable for solo travelers), mosquito repellent (super important), tissues, makeup such as powder and lipstick, thermos…

2️⃣A data cable is also recommended. Sometimes a power bank isn't enough for a whole day out. With a data cable, you can charge your phone while dining or having coffee. Very convenient.
3️⃣An umbrella is really practical for sun and rain protection. My best companion.
📒——Tips——
🖋️The bougainvillea near the reservoir in Donghu Park isn't blooming well this year, and it seems unmaintained with lots of weeds. Take photos outside; the weeds inside are very tall. Remember to use mosquito repellent in this area; there are many mosquitoes🦟
🖋️The roses in People's Park haven't reached their peak bloom yet. Due to the flower exhibition, there are many people. If you want to take photos with fewer people in the frame, arrive early, even on a working day.
🖋️Donghu 2nd Road is very scenic for cycling. You can also see the Shenzhen Reservoir, blue sky, and white clouds. Very relaxing.
