Enjoying Lotus Flowers and Listening to the Rain at Honghu Park

The lotus flowers are in full bloom, making it the perfect time to admire them. On this day, I happened to have plans to meet a friend in Shenzhen, so I took the opportunity to ride Metro Line 7 to Honghu Station. From there, it was just a few minutes' walk to Honghu Park.
Honghu Park boasts a hundred acres of lotus ponds with over 500 varieties, including rare species like water lilies and Victoria lilies. From delicate and elegant to vibrant and striking, the flowers come in all shapes and colors.
In addition to the Lotus Garden, the park features attractions such as Lotus Fairy Island and Fragrant Lotus Lake, offering a rich variety of scenic spots.
As I strolled through the park, it began to rain. Walking along the corridor bridges, admiring the lotus flowers in the rain, created a unique atmosphere: "Endless green lotus leaves stretch to the horizon, and raindrops make the lotus flowers even more charming."
